I really liked this at first because it looked super cute, but wow, what a little punk in the wash. After just a few washes it shrunk and started fading, so now it looks way older than it is. Disappointing.

I got this from Pehr because I figured the organic cotton would be super soft, but... it felt a little rough and stiff right out of the package. I washed it thinking that might help, but it didn’t really soften up much. For the price, I was expecting it to feel nicer. It’s not awful or anything, just... not as cozy as I’d hoped.

I ordered a couple of clothing items and the fit was just strange. One piece was tight in the arms but somehow still baggy through the body, and another one shrank or ran small after just one wash. The styles are cute, but after dealing with this, I’ve kind of lost trust in their sizing. It’s not worth the hassle for me, and I don’t think I’ll be buying clothes here again.

I just don’t feel good about this brand anymore!!! I used to be okay with them, but now?? I don’t really trust them... and I don’t think I’d buy from them again!!!

Like I said, the fit is just way off. It’s too tight and keeps popping off the corners of the mattress. Like I said, I was hoping it would stay put better, but it’s been frustrating to deal with.

It just looked kind of boring when it arrived. Would you really want to give someone a gift that feels this underwhelming? I know I wouldn’t. It might be fine for basic use, but as a present, it didn’t feel special at all

I ordered the blush sheets thinking they’d look like the photos, but… when they arrived they were more of a dusty brown. Not really blush at all, and just not what I expected

The box arrived completely crushed and beat up, which made me wonder if it had been handled badly or maybe even opened along the way. Not a great first impression

I ordered from Pehr and felt kind of left in the dark with the sizing. I checked the size chart before buying, but the clothes showed up way smaller than expected. My kid is average-sized, and it barely fit at all. It’s frustrating because I really liked the look of everything, but now I have to deal with returns. I ordered a few things from Pehr, and when the package arrived, it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. One item was missing, and another came in a different color than the one I chose.

I double-checked my confirmation email, and everything looked correct there, so that made it more frustrating. If this had been a cheaper random order, I might’ve shrugged it off more, but for the price, I really expected the details to be right...

I ordered a sleep bag from Pehr hoping my baby would love it, but she just didn’t seem settled in it at all. The fabric felt a bit stiffer than I expected, and she kept kicking around and fussing like she couldn’t get comfortable??

I ordered a basket from Pehr and was let down. It looked really cute when it first arrived, so I thought it would be a nice little storage piece.

But after barely using it, the sides started losing their shape. I only had some lightweight toys in there, nothing even close to heavy, and it still got all flimsy and bent in weird spots. Like, give me a break.
For what it costs, I expected it to be way sturdier than this. It just didn’t feel worth the money, and I definitely wouldn’t buy another basket from them.

I had an issue with my order, and customer service just kept sending me the same generic reply. There wasn’t any real solution, no clear update, and I had to keep following up myself. It’s been weeks now and it still hasn’t been properly sorted. it’s been really frustrating and I won’t be ordering again
